Camp Sabino

Camp Sabino is one of the grand old houses of Small Point, a secluded community of several families who have summered here for generations. It is perched upon an ocean bluff with the most breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean, the Morse Mountain preserve, Popham and Seguin in the distance. It has its own beach access  and renters can use the "Small Point only" clay tennis courts and dock facilities. There is also the wonderful Small Point Summer School. Ocean front porch (half screened in) that runs the length of the house. Three bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeps six. Option to rent separate Nest del Mar next door.

Kennebec River House

The Kennebec River House is one of our newest properties in Bath. This modern, art filled minimalist house sits on a bluff leading into Bath's peaceful Thorne Head Preserve. Located at the end of a private cul-de-sac in the highly coveted north Bath, this updated ranch house has its own dock and an open floor plan with windows everywhere overlooking the Kennebec River. A huge gas grill and comfy outdoor seating on the large deck make summer meals a breeze. A fully-equipped chef's kitchen bring things up a notch. Keep yourself warm and cozy with a wood burning fire during snowy days.
